As part of any scheduled appointment, your HVAC system is first inspected before any work is commenced. Our trained technicians then clean all supply and return duct work, followed by sanitization with Benefect disinfectant. Any recommendations or concerns to improve the efficiency of your system will be brought to your attention when the work is completed.

Several factors increase the need for duct cleaning: having pets, recent home renovations or remodeling projects, cigarette or cigar smoke in the home, occupants with allergies or asthma, and water contamination or damage to the home or HVAC system. If you notice excessive dust, musty odors from vents, or inconsistent airflow, it may be time for a cleaning.

Yes! We offer several add-on services including Furnace Blower Cleaning ($80), Bird's Nest Removal ($79), Dryer Vent Cleaning ($49-$79), Central VAC Cleaning ($29), HRV and HEPA Filter Cleaning ($89), and Bathroom Fan Cleaning ($15 each). You can add any of these to your chosen package.
